VIDEO DESCRIPTION
Published description
If there are two versions of you, why must one disappear?
This English essay film returns to Shadow Counterpoint (P4C-001), presented as P4 opened publicly in 2016. The work’s published fiction begins with a drowned traveler, an alleged impostor, and a missing original. Onstage, bodies, projection, repeated speech, and commands refuse to tell us which version is allowed to count.
This film distinguishes archival facts, performance fiction, and a contemporary editorial analogy. It does not present the Venice premise as verified news or claim that the 2016 work was about AI.
2016 credits recorded in contemporary sources:
Planned by Ao Shuang and He Fa
Directed by Yan Qin
Performed with Liu Yang
English narration: P4 Velvet Voltage
