# P4 Theater Substack SEO与品牌包装

# P4 Theater Substack SEO与品牌包装

## 本轮结论

2026-07-14 已把原先身份分散的 Substack 账号收束为 **P4 Theater / He Fa · P4 Theater**，并为七篇英文旗舰长文与一篇首波总述完成统一副标题、每篇五个文章标签、八条发现型 Notes 和二十八条图片 alt text。第六至第八个入口各有 4 条已核验英文 caption，累计 12 条；主页仍以 `Human Surrender — Film & Critical Essays` 与 `P4 Method — Theater, Performance & Public Practice` 建立双主线。

这些动作已经改善 Substack 内部导航、主题聚类、页面语义和分享入口，但不能直接证明 Google 已经收录或提高排名。本轮没有配置 GA4、Substack 对应的 Search Console URL-prefix property、自定义域名或 Substack sitemap。Settings → Email headers 中已存在并核验黑白红 P4/510 横幅；这只证明邮件 header banner，不扩写为 Welcome 页或主页 profile header 已使用同图。

## 证据边界

- **已完成**只指 2026-07-14 在平台后台保存、公开页或公开资料页核验到的状态。
- 八篇文章的 `File Settings` 标题与描述字段已经填写。前六篇继续各按既有公开端证据边界登记；第七、八篇分别完成公开元数据核验，但任何单篇结果都不能倒推到其他文章。第八篇已核验 SEO／OG title、description、canonical、精确时间、NewsArticle、BreadcrumbList 与首图社交预览。
- 标签建立主题页、Notes 增加站内发现入口、alt text 增加图片语义，但三者都不是 Google 排名按钮。

第六篇 `After the Credits, Who Still Speaks for Them?` 曾先由反链 commit `149ed6c`、preview `c59c1f4f-e475-4d22-b7da-3db5b0259433`、production `394f2137-2d27-4fec-90cf-c54ca317bebc` 完成补部署；cache commit `58cf62f`，Worker deployment `2a5ddb35-dae3-485e-ac60-1b2f0f55adcb`、Version ID `9bce8f7f-ba16-4394-982e-f4d1f0262f7f`。第七篇曾由 v7 deployment 将官网矩阵推进到七篇；v6、v7 保留为历史阶段。当前 production／cache 状态已经由上述 v8 接管并推进到八篇。

## 八、Settings 深度审计与实际修改（2026-07-14）

本节继续使用“后台已保存”“公开端已复核”“尚需外部输入”三种状态，不把设置页中的开关状态扩写为搜索效果、邮件送达率或公开推荐页已经同步完成。

### 8.1 Welcome email

- 主题已改为：`Welcome to P4 Theater — Start with Human Surrender`
- 正文开头已新增纯文本 URL 导读：`Start here with six essential essays on Human Surrender: https://p4theater.substack.com/p/human-surrender-is-not-about-surrender`；已保存并回到 Settings 复核，当前不写成 rich link 或 embed。
- 正文已加入四篇旗舰文章的 rich embeds：

Settings → Email headers 的 banner 也已现场核验：黑白红 P4/510 剧场横幅，自然尺寸 `2322×462`，CDN 为 <https://substack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com/public/images/99abba99-2551-49a2-b649-89a622f311be_2322x462.png>，并显示 `Upload / Remove`。这一证据只适用于 Email header banner。

Welcome page 的跳过标签已改为：

Referrals 的“暂缓”是阶段性编辑判断，不是功能故障；GA4/GTM、OAuth、付费域名和视觉上传则确实需要本轮环境之外的账号、付款或文件输入。

### 8.7 Settings 后续复核顺序

1. 先在后台复核 Welcome email、header、footer 与 Welcome page 文案仍为本节记录值。
2. 再分开检查 Recommendations 后台 Active、公开推荐页、主页显示与 digest；若公开端仍不一致，记录时间并等待缓存传播，不反复删除／重建推荐。
3. 获得 GA4/GTM、OAuth、域名付款或视觉文件后，只处理对应项目，不顺带改变已经核实正确的语言、分类、公开性与互动开关。
4. 每次外部连接或视觉上传后再更新本页“尚未完成”状态；Email header banner 已单独封账，Welcome／主页 profile image 仍须取得公开或后台证据。

## 恢复说明

继续包装前先复核本页“尚未完成”表，不要重复建立标签变体，也不要把某一篇的公开元数据核验外推到其他文章。下一次有 GA4 Measurement ID／Substack 对应 Google property 后，才进入 Search Console 验证、`/feed` 提交、八篇 URL Inspection 与效果监测；官网八篇反链已由 v8 Pages、Worker 与七个 apex 入口复核封账。Email header banner 已核验；`P4 Resources` 三条设置已保存但公开 sidebar 可见性未证实；Welcome／主页 profile image 仍按独立证据处理。
