第一律：不得先定义\n\n不要一开口就说：\n\n```text\n这是一个关于……\n这个概念指的是……\n本片表达了……\n```\n\n这些句子太像占领。\n\n前台书稿必须先让现场说话。\n\n让黑说话。\n\n让低频说话。\n\n让一个人脸还没有完全出来时的红光说话。\n\n让一句“你怎么来了”先把人叫住。\n\n概念只能迟到。\n\n迟到以后，还要低头。\n\n## 第二律：不得模仿圣经\n\n不要模仿圣经。\n\n不要模仿古老。\n\n不要模仿神圣。\n\n不要让句子站得太高。\n\n我们不是要写出一种神谕腔。\n\n我们要写出一种人被迫意识到自己不是中心的声音。\n\n它不是卑微。\n\n它是不得已。\n\n它知道：\n\n```text\n事情已经发生到我这里。\n我不能不说。\n但我说了，也不能拥有它。\n```\n\n所以前台文字要像人。\n\n要有迟疑。\n\n要有忍住。\n\n要有说不完。\n\n要有那种“我不想把它说成道理，但我已经躲不开它”的压力。\n\n短句可以用。\n\n重复可以用。\n\n但它们必须从现场压力里出来。\n\n不是为了摆出庄严。\n\n不是为了喊大话。\n\n不是每一句都短。\n\n不是每一段都像宣言。\n\n这类书写的力量在于：\n\n```text\n一句话反复回来，\n但每次回来都带着新的伤。\n```\n\n所以不要为了有力而硬砸。\n\n要让句子被场面砸出来。\n\n如果一句话听起来像“仿圣经”，就把它拉回人身上。\n\n问它：\n\n```text\n这是一个人在不得不开口，还是作者在装作有启示？\n```\n\n## 第三律：每一页只抓一个刺点\n\n一页不能解释整部电影。\n\n一页只抓一个刺点。\n\n比如：\n\n黑。\n\n零。\n\n一口气。\n\n一束肩光。\n\n一句“我必须见你”。\n\n一次停顿。\n\n一个回位。\n\n一页只守住一个刺点。\n\n刺点站稳，书才会长骨头。\n\n## 第四律：后台必须在，但不要抢前台\n\n证据不能丢。\n\n边界不能丢。\n\n但证据不要先冲到读者脸上。\n\n前台先写：\n\n```text\n人不是第一个东西。\n```\n\n后台再告诉我们：\n\n这句话基于 `00:00-00:03.5` 黑屏、数字 `0`、前十分钟物理对账、开场一圈半 T0 校正和 MiMo/T1/T2 降级边界。\n\n后台是地基。\n\n前台是门。\n\n不要让地基长成门。\n\n##
